Get your MOC as a step-by-step pdf manual.

I offer manual making of your MOC. The price is a physical copy of your MOC, or an amount to be agreed upon. You will have committed to nothing until we agree, you have sent me your MOC, and paid in advance – if we agreed upon a price.

If you and I agree to it, I will make a .pdf building manual of your MOC and propose the following conditions. Feel free to propose different conditions.

1. We will strive to work in constructive, friendly and respectful collaboration until both you and me are satisfied with the result.
    
2. You will send me your physical MOC.
   If you want some insurance that I will honor my part of the deal, you can send me your MOC in two or three parts. I will send a draft version of the manual based on what you sent me, after which you send me the next part.
    
3. If you want me to follow a particular style in terms how easy the manual will be for the user, how the layout should be, which color scheme to use, etcetera, we can discuss these. The only limitations are what the Mac version of Studio practically allows. Do note that Studio contains or may contain bugs that make some actions too cumbersome to be practical.
    
4. I will make a digital version and a step-by-step manual, using Studio. The deliverable will be a .pdf. I will also deliver the Studio file. You can use both files as you feel fit. I will keep a copy and archive it for future reference. Beside to you, I will not hand out or distribute that copy in any other way, unless I am required to do so by law or court order.
    
5. If certain things about the design are unclear to me or if I think the design needs a change for the manual’s sake, I will consult you, preferably via video call, and alternatively via email. The work may have to be paused while I wait for your responses.
    
6. I will send a draft version of the .pdf for you to check.
    
7. If you want me to use special graphics, you will need to provide them, declare that you have the copyright to the materials and license me to use them for the purpose of the commission.
    
8. If any errors are discovered within one year of delivery, I will correct them upon request and provide a new set of files.
    
9. You can choose to either pay me in kind by giving me your MOC, or you pay an agreed upon price. The price needs to be paid in advance. In case you pay an agreed upon price, I will return your MOC through registered mail or parcel service.
    
10. I will start as soon as I can after receiving the MOC and the agreed upon price. If I can not start within two weeks upon that moment, I will let you know as soon as I know.
     
11. I will aim to deliver as soon as I reasonably can, but will not agree to a deadline.
     
12. If I am unable to finish the work due to unforeseen circumstances, I will return the physical MOC and, if you paid an agreed upon price, I will return that amount. If you prefer, we can negotiate a different arrangement, so that you can have the unfinished files.
     
13. In case of disagreements, we will strive to solve them through discussion and negotiation.
     
14. This agreement is made under Spanish law, and disputes will be settled in Spanish courts.
